Digitally-pulsed high-performance diode (810 nm)
With as much as 50 watts of power and 20 000 Hz of variable pulsing, this diode laser is the highest performance machine of its time.
This is the first time that surgery with a diode laser has really made sense.
And the elexxion claros can be upgraded to the elexxion delos at any time.
elexxion claros – The star(ter) among high-performance lasers
The elexxion claros is a highly innovative dental laser with an outstanding performance profile. It has as much as 50 watts of application performance, spelling out enormously high cutting speeds at a maximum pulse rate of 20 000 Hz. That makes carbonisation virtually impossible. The elexxion claros works at very low penetration depths, meaning it is very gentle on tissue and is exemplary in every respect.
The multifunctional hand piece of the elexxion claros has a smart ergonomic design. It fits comfortably in your hand to allow safe cutting. It can also be autoclaved and allows for the use of cost-effective disposable fibres. An extra-special design puts the finishing visual and ergonomic touches to the elexxion claros for maximum functionality and safety.

Frequently asked questions
What can a modern laser achieve in soft tissue?
Medical benefits
- Enormously high cutting speeds - minimal stress for the patient
- Virtually no bleeding - always a clear field in which to work
- Low pain levels - patient-friendly
- Minimal scarring - rapid healing
- Normally no stitching required after operation - fewer appointments required
- Effective decontamination - even in inaccessible dentine canals
- Use as therapy laser ("soft laser") - healing results are often astounding
What kind of practices require a laser for soft tissue?
Wherever the following treatments are frequently carried out
- Treatment of periodontosis
- Oral surgery
- Endodontics
- Implants
- Bleaching
- Treatment of hypersensitive teeth
- Soft laser therapy (herpes, aphthae etc.)
If many of your patients are
- Children
- Hypersensitive to pain
- Marcumar patients
- Highly infectious (AIDS, hepatitis)
- Private patients
- Statutory health insurance patients who are willing to pay a small additional contribution
What are the financial benefits of this laser for the practice?
Financial benefits
- If you generate just €25/day (over 20 working days), that’s €500 of additional income per month
- Leasing rate less than €500/month
- In many cases, laser therapy can be performed by an assistant
- Excellent opportunity to showcase your practice as innovative and patient-friendly
- Reputation as a practice that uses laser treatment results in positive patient selection
